Hot weather often causes a rash on the skin marked by itching, burning and redness. This phenomenon is often called dysentery, and can happen to anyone, not just children who have sensitive skin.
The rash usually appears when you are very sweaty and very hot or humid weather. Usually a small bump will appear in red. Especially at the surface of the skin rubbing against skin or clothing. To overcome, there are four ways you can do.
- Cool the skin
Take a few ice cubes. Paste it on the skin that feels sore and itchy for about 5 to 10 minutes, then drain.
